With the ability to output project schedules scaled down on a single
sheet or as less condensed multi-page panels, please specify your preference.
If the project schedule contains a large amount of task data and/or
a very broad timeline, it may be necessary to print the project schedule
as a multi-page document. The sheer volume of the information would
force the content to condense to a size so small that it becomes unreadable
as a single page.
If you choose to have multiple pages and you require a specific set
of information on each page, please setup the manual page breaks before
submitting the file to Brownie's for printing.
File
Setup
Columns: Please specify what columns need to print
and which columns should be hidden (i.e. Duration, Start, Finish, Predecessors,
etc.).
Date Range: Please specify the date range you wish
to have printed. Otherwise, we will use the defaults saved within the
file.

the project schedule printed Portrait or Landscape.
Legend: Please specify how you wish to have the legend
printed. The three options you have are 1) No Legend; 2) Legend on Each
Page; and 3) Separate Legend Page.
Proofing
Due to the process that Microsoft Office Project uses to calculate
aspect ratios, only a full size proof gives a fair representation of
the final product. With this in mind, PDF proofing has proven to be
very effective for Microsoft Office Project files. It is also very hard
to tell if the print is correct because we are not intimately familiar
with your project. Therefore, Brownie's will submit a proof of the print
in PDF format for your final approval. |
